India Cricket board is the Richest Board in world. So everyone wants to be a part of it. what makes every one to compete for the Post? the Money ,Fame or the interest to as Coach,spirt to a coach. When we Take these things in consideration , the Fame for the cricket in Indai country and Money comes first then the other two. so only the Coach like "Dav whatmore" after extension of his period as coach for Bangladesh,he saying he is ready to coach India, others legends of cricket like Greg,vivan Richards,has made them to be as coach.It's a Highly paid job,less work and lots of fame. This attitude should be changed, they coach duty is misunderstand in this country, it's not necessary he should a cricketer,take for excample Australian Coach Buchman is not a Cricketer.But he performs well as Coach,so the coach rather be a crciketer,he should be good organiser and Commander,Adminstor and helpful to find out the problem of the cricketer.
